Law Students for the Arts sponsors free law clinic for local artists, March 28, 2012

Volunteer attorneys with assistance from UT law students will provide free legal advice on arts-related legal issues, including copyright and contract issues, to low-income artists, musicians, and filmmakers.

Although walk-ins are welcome, artists interested in attending the clinic can schedule an appointment by emailing artslawclinic@gmail.com. Attendees can expect to spend up to thirty minutes receiving advice from an attorney.
